1. Overview

Alteri (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. We designed Alteri with privacy at its core: your PDF files are processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials, managed securely through our authentication provider (Supabase).

Payment information: When you purchase a subscription, your payment details are processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers.

Usage and error data: We use Sentry to collect error reports and performance data to improve the reliability of our Service. This may include browser type, device information, and anonymized interaction data.
